The mega-affair of the incinerators continues to deepen, while new facts come to light day by day.

The head of the DP, Sali Berisha, spoke about this mega-affair this afternoon, who listed the abuses of the government, which he claims acted as a criminal organization.

Berisha said in a conference with journalists that the Government has excluded the open competition in the public procurement of two of the incinerators and the concession of the third, in an affair that reaches the figures of 720 million euros.

He mentioned that the concessions were given to an inexperienced company, which continues to be paid by the municipality of Tirana.

Excerpt from the statement:

Investigations by the media and journalists have proven that in the mega-affair of chili peppers, the government led by Edi Rama acted as a real criminal organization.

This is proven fourfold by:

- The government has acted as a criminal organization since its members, with full awareness, kicked the waste treatment strategy, financed with millions of euros by the EU, to pave the way for the mega-affair of chili peppers.

- The affair of chilies is the affair of the government, which for 7 years, Erion Veliaj and Edi Rama pay 29 euros per ton, from 11 euros in accordance with the contract. In this way, they put 18 euros per ton in their pockets.
