The situation at the 3 hydropower plants on the Drin river cascade continues to improve as a result of the rain and snow that have engulfed the country in recent weeks.
The flows in the hydropower plant of Fierza are 500 m3/sec, while the water level has gone up to 282 meters. Fierza so far turns out to have the highest water nibvel.
This is because the flows in Koman are 400 m3/sec, while the water level is 173 meters.
On the other hand, in Vaun e Deja, the flows are 80 m3/sec. The water plant is in the quota of 74 meters. Rain and snow are expected to further increase the flows in the cascade./ CNA
