Bosi britanik i krimit të organizuar, Richard Wakeling, është arrestuar në Tajlandë pasi ishte në arrati për pesë vjet.

Ai u vu në pranga ditën e djeshme nga policia tajlandeze në një garazh, në Bangkok, raporton "The Guardian".

Wakeling, kishte jetuar në qytetin bregdetar të Hua Hin me një pasaportë që mbante identitet tjetër.

Tashmë ai ndodhet në paraburgim dhe po zhvillohen procedurat e ekstradimit.

55 vjeçari u përpoq të importonte 8 milionë paund amfetaminë të lëngshme në Mbretërinë e Bashkuar në prill të 2016-ës.

Bosi britanik iku në vitin 2018 përpara se të fillonte gjyqi i tij dhe u dënua me 11 vjet burgim  në mungesë më 9 prill të atij viti.

Wakeling, i cili njihet për shkak të protezës në këmbën e djathtë, ishte vendosur në listën e "më të kërkuarve" të Agjencisë Kombëtare të Krimit (NCA)./ CNA.al
