Journalist Klodian Tomorri said today that the real debate in the country's current situation is related to issues that concern citizens, such as corruption and organized crime.

Speaking on "Syri TV", Tomori stated that the state has numerous control mechanisms and it is difficult to believe that such phenomena occur without the government's knowledge.

According to the journalist, the same logic was used in the case of incinerators.

"The real debate is the one that has brought people to the streets. The real debate is related to massive corruption, money laundering on an industrial scale, and the links between the state and organized crime. Who signs the tower permits? Who signs the resort permits? Who decides on urban development and large projects? These are questions that demand answers. The state has numerous control mechanisms. For this reason, it is difficult to believe that such phenomena can occur without the knowledge of the government. It is the same logic that was used in the case of the incinerators, where in the end it was claimed that the political leaders knew nothing. But when there are so many instruments of control and supervision, the claim of ignorance becomes difficult to accept," said Tomorri./CNA
