The Ethics and Discipline Commission has gathered to give the decisions of last week in Albanian football. Tirana has been fined 50,000 lek for wrong behavior of the fans, while Dinamo's player, Bakary Goudiaby, has been suspended for 3 matches.

Erzen's official, Durim Keçi, has also been suspended for 4 matches. There are fines and suspensions for First Division teams as well. There are drastic decisions regarding the violence in the Second Category match between Shënkolli and Sopot.

Shënkolli will play 4 matches on a neutral field, while he was also fined 200,000 lek and lost the match 3-0 at the table. For the player, Bledi Zefi, who punched the referee of the match, has been permanently excluded from all sporting activities organized by the AFL.

DECISIONS:
KF Tirana, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.
The player of FC Dinamo, Bakary Goudiaby, for violating the principles of Fair Play by insulting the spectators with offensive signs, based on article 13/2/b of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) matches suspension from the activities.
The official of KF Erzeni, Durim Keçi, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the officials of the match, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from the activity. Pursuant to article 6/2/c of ??the KDE, the official is prohibited from entering all stadiums, sports activities organized by the AFL, until the end of the sentence.
FC Lushnja, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the field of play, based on article 17/2/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. Pursuant to Article 76/1/a of KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
The official of FC Lushnja, Marius Sula, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of FK Tomorri, Gelando Sharavaolli, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match official, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
The player of AF Elbasani U-21, Fabjan Tartari, for physical attack on the opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of KF Egnatia U-21, Posada Guerra Jose Luis, for physical attack on opposing players, based on Article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
The player of KS Korabi U-21, Ertigen Shehu, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/b of the KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The player of KF Shënkolli, Bledi Zefi, for assault and violence against the match official causing the interruption of the match between KF Shënkolli against KF Sopoti, based on article 3/d, 6/2/c, 13, 14/1/l, 32, 59 and 77 of KDE, is permanently excluded from all football activities organized by the AFL.
KF Shënkolli, for the violence against the match official, leading to the interruption of the match between KF Shënkolli against KF Sopoti, based on articles 6/3/d, 8/1, 16/1 and 17/1/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine in the amount of 200,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the match on the table with the result 3-0.
KF Shënkolli is forced to play 4 (four) matches of the National Championship of the Second Category, Group A, on a neutral field. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.

KS Albanët, for not taking safety precautions, neglecting to fulfill the obligations for the organization of the match, based on articles 16/1 and 17/1/b of KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL and loses the table match with the result 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of KDE, the fine is applied at the rate of 20%.
The player of KF Maliqi, Devis Mecollari, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards the match officials, based on article 14/1/j of KDE, is punished with 6 (six) matches suspension from activities.
The player of KF Skënderbeu U-19, Mateo Burimi, for spitting at the match official, based on article 14/1/l of KDE, is punished with 15 (fifteen) matches suspension from activities.
The official of KF Skënderbeu U-19, Klejdi Larti, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ??KDE, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
The player of the U-19 Football Academy, Noel Aliaj, for physical attack on opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of KDE, is punished with 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
FC Labëria U-16 player, Fatjon Sinaj, for violent behavior towards opposing players, based on Article 14/1/h of KDE, is punished with 3 (three) match suspension from activities.
Acceptance of the request of KF Iliria player, Adolf Selmani, suspension of the remainder of the sentence. The period of conditional suspension, pursuant to Article 34/1 of the Civil Code, will be 6 (six) months.
