In crisis for health personnel / Nurses' Association gives the alarm

The nurses' association has sounded the alarm about the lack of specialist doctors and nurses.

According to them, Albania is in a crisis for health personnel with large shortages of doctors and nurses.

"Just as the Association of Nurses had predicted that Albania will be in a state of collapse for health personnel, so it is happening.

"Many hospitals, both state and private, have a large shortage of specialist doctors and nurses", says their reaction.

According to them, the Ministry of Health to meet the staffing needs in the Summer Health Centers is calling and asking retired doctors to become part of these services.

"Why is it that when we raise real concerns, they come up with all kinds of excuses or often refuting the figures declared by us, of mass departures of doctors and nurses from Albania

Shouldn't the Ministry turn its eyes to other countries to meet the needs for medical staff in the country ?
