Defamation lawsuit/ Këlliçi, outside the GJKKO: I only dealt with

DP MP Belind Këlliçi spoke to the media outside the GJKKO where the hearing for the defamation lawsuit by publisher Carlo Bollino was held.

Këlliçi stated that the only issue he has spoken about is the theft of land where a school was planned to be built, but where Bollino's television was built, and that he has nothing personal to do with it.

Among other things, he explained that he will participate in every court session, while announcing that he and Jamarbër Malltezi have requested the disqualification of judge Irena Gjoka.

"We will be here calmly. I have been waiting for this moment with great pleasure. The moment led by Mr. Bollino has left no slander unaddressed towards me. I have not at any time treated this issue as personal. I have spoken about a public interest. The robbery of a plot of land in the middle of Tirana.

Where a school was intended to be built, a television station was built on that land that holds a record for insulting, lynching, and defaming any opposition member who denounces crime and corruption. I will be at every session. I have not avoided any session.

Bollino had deliberately confused the residential address with these tricks so that I would not receive the notification. I will be here, as I have won 11 court cases in this court. And I am convinced that I will be declared innocent in this process as well. We have requested the disqualification of judge Irena Gjoka, due to conflict of interest and impartiality.
