"Irena Gjoka has submitted a 1996 Word document to the KPK"/ Kalaja

The Chairperson of the Appeals Commission of the Democratic Party, Adriana Kalaja, invited to the "Task Force" show with journalist Sonila Meço, has revealed the documents she submitted today to SPAK to enrich the file submitted a few days ago to the GJKKO judge Irena Gjoka.

Kalaja made public two documents that the judge used to pass the first phase of vetting at the KPK, which according to lawyer Kalaja are forged.

One of the documents is a rental contract between her husband and her brothers, where the latter rented a bar for 800 thousand lek per month when the best bar according to reference prices had a rent of 150 thousand lek, Kalaja said, among other things.

The second document presented is a power of attorney where Irena Gjoka and her husband authorize a Greek lawyer to lift the expulsions.

Kalaja has raised doubts about the authenticity of the documents based on the format, as the 1996 lease document is in Word, when Word itself was created in 1995, while the 2003 document is not in Word. Kalaja also raises doubts about the declarations about the marriage, which he says were made in 2006, according to the documents.

"It is a lease contract that I want the public to see. This contract dates back to 1996, while Word was invented in 1995, this document was sealed in Fier in 1995 by Irena Gjoka's brothers, without the presence of a notary."

The law states that financial transactions are made before a notary. The law of the time did not allow contracts without a notary. The new law allows contracts with a notary for up to one year.

This document was submitted for vetting by Irena Gjoka, because she needed another 6 years to justify the money.

In 1996, he bought a bar for 800 thousand lek per month for 6 months, to justify 54 million lek, the bar is only 150 m2.

In Tirana at that time, the best bar cost 150 thousand lek.

The tenant was Irena Gjoka's husband, while the landlords were her brothers.

Their relationship began in 2005, and they got married in 2006.

I don't care about the personal aspect of Irena with twenty surnames, but this judge forged documents and did not meet the requirements to become a judge.

In 2003 there is another document, which is not in Word, while Irena and her collaborators did it in 1996.

It is a power of attorney where they authorized a Greek lawyer to lift the expulsions.

Irena, with several surnames, also declares during the vetting that she received the money from her brothers who lived in Greece.

Did they work in Greece or at a rented place?

It is clear that this document was produced today and SPAK has the means to extract which computer it was produced from.

"This contract is fictitious and there is evasion. The most important part that is proven is that the KPK has addressed a letter to the Fier Regional Tax Office and has received a negative response ," said Kalaja.

Another issue that Kalaja questions is the KPK body that passed Judge Irena Gjoka to the next stage of vetting. According to Kalaja, Roland Ilia, Valbona Sanxhaktari and Genta Bungo have concealed the cases and investigations against them.

According to Kalasa, Genta Bungo was designed by Rama for the Constitutional Court, while Ilia is a friend of Veliaj.

"The vetting member was Roland Ilia, a person connected to Vleiaj, he was a member of the KPK and chairman.

Another was Valbona Sanxhaktari, a problematic person who hid a criminal process that she did not declare.

Another member is Genta Bungo, who was projected by Rama to take over the Constitutional Court. There are accusations against her for concealing assets, there was an audit by the Supreme State Audit that was kept secret in order to be elected a member of the KPK.

Can such people who have dismissed individuals in order to be part of the system be part of it today?

"This is blackmailable justice ," said the lawyer.

Adriana Kalaja made serious accusations against Judge Irena Gjoka and said that on her orders, the person who provided her with the file was dismissed, fined and prosecuted.

"Since Irena, by several names, was made aware of the fact that I had received the files, she filed a report against the person who made the files available to me, who had received authorization.

"The person has been dismissed, criminal proceedings have been initiated and a fine of 8 million lek has been imposed ," Kalaja declared.
