From the first day he "landed" in Skanderbeg, Ivan Gvozdenovic tried to inject his mentality: that of the winner. It was not for nothing that the president himself mentioned that he won a championship on the bench (he has three titles only as a player with Skenderbeu).

During a speech he gave to the players, he said:

Together we will work hard and you have me by your side to get the best. I want you to get a winner's mentality in your head. From today, Skanderbeg will enter the field only for victory, either at home or on the transfer. This is little, but sure."
