De Bryjne disappointed after the challenge with Canada: I don't deserve the trophy as the best player of the match, it was given to me because of my name

Midfielder Kevin de Bryjne has reacted after Belgium's victory over Canada. Although he received the trophy as the best player of the match, he is not at all satisfied with the game developed or his presentation.

"I didn't play a good game. I don't know why they gave me the man of the match trophy. Maybe because of the name. I have no idea. I don't think I played such a good match.

We lacked fighting spirit in the first half. This has always been part of our problem. Hard work is a minimum requirement, but thankfully we made it. The game needs to improve. I don't think we were stressed. I can't speak for others, but I've always kept myself very quiet. We were just making it difficult for ourselves," said the Belgian midfielder.
