High temperatures increase the body's need for more fluids. Especially the elderly, children, people with chronic diseases and pregnant women should not neglect the advice.

"Liquids as much as possible, when we say liquids mainly water, fruits that can be eaten in their original form, there is no need to turn them into liquids. Water is recommended to be taken at room temperature so that we get the amount that the body needs, because if we always drink water or cold drinks, then we get a small amount because the body itself inhibits their intake", said Albana Daka, nutritionist.

Foods should not be consumed either too warm or too cold. Fast and canned foods should be avoided.

"They have increased amounts of salt and sugar, which increases the body's need for fluids even more and increases the body's dehydration. Just as the organism is under stress from high temperatures, so is the digestive system, therefore we must treat the digestive system well by giving it as simple foods as possible during the summer months. Food should be dominated by vegetables and fruits," she said further.
