Extraordinary success of the IVF team of the American Hospital/ Infertile

The In Vitro Fertilization team at the American Hospital has achieved remarkable success.

An infertile patient, who was diagnosed with an endometrial (womb) tumor, gave birth to a healthy son.

Although it seemed impossible at first, the doctors performed conservative treatment with preservation of the uterus and in vitro fertilization with a natural cycle (ie without stimulation).

After a long work, the effort and fatigue bore fruit, as the patient gave birth to a boy, and moreover he is healthy.

Mjeku obstetër-gjinekolog në departamentin e Fekondimit in Vitro, Dr.Elton Peçi, ka treguar rrugëtimin përgjatë tri viteve deri në rezultatin e suksesshëm.

“Çdo rast suksesi në Fertilizimin in Vitro, që shoqërohet me lindjen e një fëmije të shëndetshëm, na gëzon dhe na bën krenarë për punën tonë. Por te disa raste, ky gëzim, kjo krenari është disi më e madhe, aq më tepër kur bëhet fjalë për infertilitet i shoqëruar edhe me kancer të endometrit. Bëhet fjalë për pacienten e cila u paraqit para tri viteve me diagnozën infertilitet primar, së bashku me bashkëshortin.

Në vijim të ekzaminimeve bazike, u depistua kancer endometrial, gjatë një histeroskopie të cilës iu nënshtrua pacientja në fillim të ekzaminimeve. Përballë kësaj diagnoze u bë edhe statifikimi i kancerit, i cili sipas klasifikimit figo, rezultoi figo 1, pra grada e parë.

Përballë pacientes u shtruan dy mënyra trajtimi, trajtimi radikal, pra me heqje të mitrës, por i cili e dëmtonte fertilitetin e saj për të ardhmen dhe trajtimi konservator. Pas një informimi të hollësishëm të pacientes nga gjithë ekipi multidisiplinar, pacientja vendosi për terapinë konservatore, pra me ruajtje të mitrës.

Iu nënshtrua pacientja trajtimit me rrezetoskopi histeroskopike çdo tre muaj gjatë kohës që merrte edhe pregresativë të gjeneratës së fundit, të cilët shërbenin në rolin e kimioterapisë, së bashku me agonistë. Në fund të gjithë këtij trajtimi, pamë që bioskopia filloi të tregonte shenja përmirësimi çdo tre muaj derisa e fundit rezultoi pa kancer, pra pa shenja malinjiteti.
