Nutritionist Hyrida Basha has advised citizens that they should avoid eating dinner after 19:30, in order to maintain a healthy diet.

According to the nutritionist, in order to lose extra pounds or lose weight, we don't necessarily have to give up bread.

 "Absolutely nothing should be eliminated from the food regime, what we do is moderation and reduction.
