Yesterday in the city of Peshkopia, the Assembly of the LRE, the New Movement for Dibra took place.

The members of the LRE in the Municipality of Dibra gathered to elect the new chairman of this party, as well as the new management team.

The president of this party Arian Galdini, the vice-president Luljan Strazimiri, the general secretary Jani Nano, as well as the president of the LRE for Tirana Gent Sinani took part in the LRE Assembly.

With a majority of votes, the Assembly elected Dritan Torba as the chairman of the LRE for Dibra. Dritan Torba was also the LRE candidate for mayor of Dibra.

LRE is the right-wing opposition party, which on dt. On June 11, it organized its programmatic Assembly in Tirana, where there was also the presence and official greetings from the Democratic Party of Albania and other parliamentary and non-parliamentary right-wing opposition parties.

LRE has started the internal reorganization and since 2 months has been organizing the Assemblies of every municipality in Albania, but also in the Diaspora where the new leaders of the structures of this party are being elected.

Meanwhile, Assemblies were held in Durrës, Elbasan, Pogradec and Dibër. LRE, while doing its capillary reorganization, is also preparing for the expected challenge in the next local elections in the spring of 2023.

Galdini announced in the Assembly on June 11 that he will probably also be the LRE candidate for mayor of Tirana./ BA - CNA.al
