Cadastral Relocation/Zhupa: My Vlora, Vlora, left for the capital, became a village by the sea

Democratic Party MP Ina Zhupa, in today's plenary session, focused on the decision to relocate the Vlora Cadastre to Tirana.

Zhupa told the majority that he had stripped Vlora of all its institutions and turned it into a village.

Further, Zhupa said that not only Vlora, but all the cities in this region have turned into villages.

The MP stated that Albania is no longer a democratic country and for this it is enough to see only the protests of the citizens of Vlora held from May until now.

" My Vlora, Vlora, was turned into a capital city, a village by the sea was turned into a village. They took away all the institutions and lastly the cadastre, not to mention that you are breaking the law. Here you do as you please. You have removed the courts, the port. All the cities in the Vlora district are turning into villages. Hospitals are turning into emergency rooms. How can you turn cities into villages like this and come here to bring money for Klos's sports.

"You intend to carry out territorial reform, which you certainly have ready and you think you will use the opposition and the DP as a facade. If you are looking for a democratic facade, we are not a democratic country. Look at the citizens of Vlora, from May until today you have made them protest every day ," said Zhupa./ CNA
