PD MP Enkelejd Alibeaj also chose to be the noisemaker in today's plenary session.

Just like in every session he has done it out of the way, he is removed as if he is having an argument with the Speaker of the Assembly Lindita Nikolla about the procedures.

According to him, the decision taken at the conference of presidents on the Serbian genocide in Kosovo was not being implemented today.

“Është e disata herë që po abuzoni me pozicionin tuaj. Sapo thatë që është vendosur në konferencën e kryetarëve që rezoluta për gjenocidin serb do kalojë për votim. Nuk është diskutuar dhe nuk është vendosur. Nuk ka si të vendoset. Rregullorja e ka të qartë se cilat janë hapat proceduriale. Duhet përcaktuar dita dhe data kur seanca duhet të debatojë.

Rregullorja përcakton edhe faktin tjetër që duhet të ishte ajo data tjetër brenda 274 qershorit. Jeni me shkelje të procedurës por po thoni edhe diçka që nuk është e vërtetë. Duhet për të korrigjuar gabimet e bëra deri më tani por mbi të gjitha për të bërë nderin e duhur lidhur me detyrimin moral që ky kuvend ka.

However, the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, replied to Alibeaj that everything is following the procedures and regulations of the Assembly.

 "There is a decision dated the 15th. We also held a debate. Opposition colleagues also spoke and it was decided. You all voted in favor. There was no objection to us continuing with the Foreign Policy Commission", said Nikola./CNA.al
