Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his speech in the Israeli parliament, also focused today on the situation in Iran and the relationship with Albania.

Rama reminded his counterpart Netanyahu of the case of the cyberattack by Iran, which was followed by an ultimatum to close the embassy and sever diplomatic ties between the two countries.

According to the Prime Minister, it is surprising that even after 30,000 people were killed in the protests in Iran, there is still no reaction in the squares of European capitals.

"A few years ago, Albania suffered a cyberattack from Iran. And let me tell you that we were asked by the Great Powers not to overreact because it is dangerous. We gave the embassy 24 hours to leave the country and cut every last thread of connection we had with that republic, which I would never describe as Islamic. While foreign media talk about 30 thousand people killed in 30 days in Iran, how is it possible that there is no rally in the squares of Europe to demand the end of this regime. Meanwhile, Albania became a refuge for many people from Kabul", said Rama. /CNA
