Journalist Aulon Kalaja commented today on the nine-day protest against the government taking place in the capital.

Speaking in the 'A2 CNN' studio, Kalaja said that neither political party should be embarrassed by the protests.

Kalaja said that participation should not have any divisions or "visa requirements," as the main thing is that those who take to the streets are Albanians.

"I think that those from the other side should also come out to protest. The DP, the SP, the LSI, those without parties and those who are small parties should come out, all these people who are Albanians and feel Albanian blood in their veins, I think they should come out to protest, because protest is the West. So no one should have complexes about protesting. This is the first. The second, those who say that you are with the party and you who are with the party should not join the protest, this is what is otherwise called policing the protest. So I have not, I have not heard once that there is a protest with visas. They have to get a visa. Some pass through Mali, some pass through with a visa, an American visa", - said Kalaja. /CNA
