The former Minister of Justice, Ylli Manjani, has come out with a reaction on social networks where he suggests the opposition to urgently, through its deputies, ask the Constitutional Court for the unconstitutional declaration of the Board that sets prices in the free market.

The government should massively compensate the damage it caused to the consumer by setting the price abusively, adds Manjani.

The Democratic Party and the opposition, through its deputies, must urgently ask the Constitutional Court of the Republic for the ANTI-WAR DECLARATION of the Board that sets prices in the free market!

Mënjëherë e pa asnjë pritjeduhet bërë!

Dakord protesta, dakord deklaratat, por duhet përdorur edhe instrumenti ligjor, që deputetët dhe Partitë Politike e kanë të garantuar nga Kushtetuta. Partitë dhe deputetët e përdorin shumë më kollaj se çdo individ këtë instrument.

Këtu është fjala për mbrotjen e interesit publik dhe të Kushtetutës.

Kjo e fundit na thotë se Republika e Shqipërisë bazohet në ekonominë e tregut të lirë.

Nuk ka treg të lirë kur çmimet e produktit privat i vendos qeveria.

Gjykata Kushtetuese duhet ftuar të vendosë:

O të ruajë tregun e lirë, ose të legjitomojë ekonominë politike socialiste.

Dhe nëse fiton kushtetuta dhe tregu i lirë, qeveria duhet të shpërblejë masivisht dëmin që i shkaktoi konsumatorit nga vendosja e çmimit abuzivisht!

Një orë e më parë opozita duhet ta bëjë kërkesën për në Kushtetuese.
