PD Vice President Luciano Boçi, in a statement from the blue headquarters before the protest, stated that the organization was capillary in all districts.

Boçi said that there are large gatherings of protesters while adding that many will come from Elbasan, Librazhdi, Cërriku, Belshi and Prrenjasi.

Among other things, the PD vice-president said that those citizens who until yesterday were reluctant to go to the square are also coming.

The organization has been capillary in all districts. Over the years, Elbasan has been an example of PD members and citizens taking part in protests.
