3- Problemin jetik te cmimeve te prodhimeve bujqesore te fushes dhe te serrave;

Ngritjen e BURSES SE BUJQESISE per te nxjerre cmimet nga morsa ZHVATESE e kartelit te grumbulkuesve;

4- Problemin e cmimit te plehrave kimike, gjithnje e ne rritje e vetem nen kontrollin e duopolit zhvates;
