"We must not forget the past"/ Tabaku: This resolution must have 100%

Deputy Jorida Tabaku has called on all deputies to join in the adoption of the resolution condemning the Serbian genocide in Kosovo.

Tabaku has stated that war crimes must be punished and that what happened must not be allowed to be forgotten.

 "The PD presented the idea of ??a resolution condemning the genocide years ago in July. The sad history of our nation should be a lesson. I do not understand how the Parliament of Albania only today approves a resolution condemning the Serbian genocide in Srebrenica. It should have been approved long ago.

Si një shenje e qartë e dënimit të ideololgjisë shoviniste. Ky hap nderon parlamentin e Shqipërisë, ne si deputetë dhe shqiptarët. Ky nderim është i mangët. Nuk janë paraqitur të gjithë elementët si në rezolutat e Kombeve të Bashkuara apo kombeve të Europës. Mundet që kjo rezolutë të jetë e paplotë nëse nuk fillon me dënimin e gjenocidit serb në Srebrenicë. Për mua është jashtë çdo realiteti që të kërkojmë llogari për dënimin e këtij gjenocidi nëse nuk jemi të parët që nuk e dënojmë. A kemi ne luksin si komb që mos të dënojmë krimin që forcat serbe bënë mbi 8 mijë  boshnjakë? Nga kjo foltore ju kam kërkuar të mos votoni ligje, koncesione, kontrata, kjo çështje është ndryshe, duhet të na bëjë bashkë, duhe të ketë 100% të votave.

It is sad to see that certain individuals have a great will to deny crimes. Make no mistake about this resolution.

We do not have the luxury of not reflecting what other parliaments have reflected. This hall must rise above the parties in the name of hundreds of women brutally raped by Serbian forces, of mothers who witnessed mass graves, we must condemn this crime. We must not allow the past to be forgotten", said Tabaku./ CNA.al
