During a statement to the media, the head of the parliamentary group of the SP, Taulant Balla, said that yesterday's protest does not change anything from their decision not to consider it a 'non grata' at all.

The letter bearing the signature of Sali Berisha here in the hall is not voted in the Assembly of Albania.
