The Vice-President of the Democratic Party, Luciano Boçi, said in the "Interview" with Merita Haklaj that the party has doubts about the decision-making that is expected to be made by the Court of Tirana after the appeal made by Enkelejd Alibeaj for the registration of the new party statute, after the Assembly of December 11, 2021 .

“Përderisa kemi një vendim jo ligjor, madje antiligjor, të pranimit të ankimimit që nuk ekziston si palë që nuk duhet si ka dalë dhe si është bërë, normal që kemi dyshimet tona. Sepse në një realitet normal politik dhe juridik do të duhej që personat që pretendojnë mosnjohjejn e vendimeve të Kuvendit të datës 11, të bënin një Kuvend tjetër dhe aty të merreshin ato vendime që i favorizonin në veprimtarinë e tyre politike. Alibeaj e ka bërë ankimimin në cilësinë e kryetarit të komanduar të PD. Por në gjykatë nuk e ka emrin si kryetar i PD. Çka do të thotë qënia kryetar i PD është çështje e vullnetit të lirë të anëtarëve që e kanë zgjedhur. Lojërat me ankimime që vijnë edhe për shkak të bashkëpunimeve jo të sinqerta të interesave të caktuara për të mbajtur një vulë apo një zyrë… partia nuk është as vulë as zyrë”, tha Boçi.
