"There is a need to discuss with interest groups"/ Tabaku: The

Democratic Party MP Jorida Tabaku said in today's plenary session that some of the laws included in the agenda have not undergone the public consultation process.

Tabaku focused on the law on weapons, which he said needs to be discussed more widely. The Democrat accused the government of secretly bringing laws to Parliament.

Further, Tabaku stated that these laws need to be discussed with interest groups.

 

" A large part of the laws have not undergone the public consultation process. The Law on Armaments is a very problematic law that needs to be discussed more widely. The Albanian government is introducing them secretly, the process needs to be transparent. These laws need to be discussed with interest groups ," said Tabaku.
