Former president takes aim at Rama and Berisha: They have been in the same boat

Former President Bamir Topi has commented on the protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, stating that the protest is against Prime Minister Edi Rama and DP leader Sali Berisha.

During an interview, the former president emphasized that Berisha and Rama have been together since 2008 after the secret agreement and have continued the spectacle since then, staying in the same boat.

"Interesting things are happening in that square. That square has always had interesting things, but this time there's something special."

"Cause for clash" for confrontation and confrontation. It is a consequence of a situation that has been accumulating for a long time. The illusion has been created that this protest has only one character in front of it, as if it only has Prime Minister Rama in front of it. But that protest, which is a cause for confrontation, is set against the political system.

It started with a person who was dragged away by the private police, and the indifference of the State Police. This showed that the State Police becomes a political instrument of the Prime Minister. It happens to us that not infrequently we find that they are tools of the Prime Minister.

I am at the end of an analysis that I started 18 years ago, such is the dialectic. In 2008, on the eve of the constitutional changes, which I was against, based on my good knowledge of the characters, who, in a strange way, came together, gave the 'ok' for a constitutional change to people who do not know anything about political life.

After the explosion of Gërdec and after the protests of Rama's then-opposition, at that time a secret agreement occurred between Rama and Berisha, and they destroyed the Albanian state.

Today, after 18 years, I am glad that the new generation and intellectuals who are late to the game have understood that that product brought autocracy. This protest is without interference. That's how I see it. If those who lead the protest, if they accept the interference, they will be infected. It has been surprising, strange as a protest.

Protests take time to organize, this is very natural. It comes from a terrain that has accumulated a lot of dissatisfaction. It is not only for Rama, but also for the opposition leader. The idea of ????contouring a leadership is not important, but for me the idea is important. This protest, before attacking Rama, has criticized the DP more. I suspect that Berisha has tried to get his hands in. After all, Berisha's change in 2 days seems to have happened. Sali Berisha is more exposed to this movement, not Rama.

After 2008, these have always been together, the spectacle has always been there. It is absolute conviction. Why am I wrong? I had information and a clinical eye.

The problem is not with the project, but with the prime minister. He should have eliminated this noise, from the beginning. How long have we been hearing about Sazani?! Was there any concern? No. We are looking for serious partners, in a process that is led by the state with its own rules. The problem started in Zvërnec. Yesterday, with the reactions, Rama declared that he is the prime minister only of the socialists.

My concern is the introduction of politics into the midst of the protest and its infection.

There are two possibilities, either the protest dies out, and the attempts to extinguish it are futile. The moment politics enters, it shows that the latter wants to bankrupt it. Let's see how this movement will evolve. Berisha and Rama are in the same boat," said Topi./ CNA
