Flagur Noka defends his colleague/ "Babalja" is not guilty

"Babalja" of Sali Berisha, Flamur Noka has come out in a statement to the media, where he tried again to defend "Babale" of Lulzim Basha.

Noka declared his colleague, convicted of fraud, innocent by court decision.
