The chairman of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, was asked this evening what place Ilir Meta will have in the opposition, after handing over the mandate of the President.

Berisha described Meta as a precious ally, while emphasizing that he is open to cooperating with him for the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

"It will be a precious ally with which we are open to cooperate for the removal of Edi Rama's regime. Cooperation is the most natural thing, but as you saw LSI was present, Kryemadhi gave a speech in protest. LSI is waging a war with facts against this government, that's why it is a valuable ally for us", declared the former prime minister on MCN TV./ BA - CNA.al
