Deputy Ervin Salianji, also known as "Babalja", spoke to the media outside the Court of Appeal about his trial, which was postponed to July 18.

In support of Salianji, in the Court of Appeal, there were also some of the democrats, starting with Flamur Nokë, Luan Baçi, Saimir Korreshi, Elda Hoti, Luciano Boçi, Belind Këlliçi, Selaudin Jakupllari, Kasem Mahmutaj, Bledion Nallbati, while Prime Minister Sali Berisha himself held a special statement for the media.

However, it seems that this support was not enough for Salianji, ironically with the media, that he had not invited one, since it was not a wedding.

"I didn't follow them, I didn't make invitations because I wasn't at the wedding.

I don't exclude anyone nor do I invite anyone, anyway I know the political responsibility and how it is positioned in a certain event", he said to the media.

The latter has had debates and clashes in commissions, trying to be the protagonist, on the eve of today's court session.

On the other hand, CNA.al has warned that Salianji was lobbying with all DP groups to get support from them in court today.
