Basha does not forget Rama/ "Wakes up" for the next political

The former chairman of the Democratic Party, Lulzim Basha, long since "disappeared" from the political scene, today remembered July 2, 1990, while paralleling it with the departure of Albanians today.

Through a post on social networks, Basha continues with the political "show", and blames Rama and his government for the departure of Albanians from Albania. 

“Më 2 Korrik 1990, duke u futur nëpër ambasadat perëndimore, shqiptarët rrëzuan murin e parë të diktaturës, në një sfidë vendimtare ndaj regjimit komunist, që atë verë do të niste fillimin e fundit të tij. Një akt guximi qytetar, që do të kristalizohej pak muaj më vonë me Lëvizjen Studentore, e cila çeli rrugën e demokracisë për aq gjatë të mohuar dhe afroi përsëri Shqipërinë me Perëndimin.

Atëbotë, sytë e çdo shqiptari ishin drejt vendeve të lira, me shpresën e një jete më të mirë për veten dhe fëmijët e tyre, ashtu siç fatkeqësisht janë ende sot, sepse sfida për ta e ka ngritur Shqipërinë në lartësinë e aspiratës për ta bërë si gjithë Europa, e cila mbetet ende e papërmbushur.

Fatkeqësisht, 32 vite më vonë, shqiptarët po ikin sërish masivisht në kërkim të mundësive, të një jete më të mire për veten dhe familjet e tyre.

In the last 8 years, more than half a million Albanians have left their homes to take the path of Kurbet. They are forced to flee, because in their homeland they are stolen, they are trampled, they have no opportunity to live the present and build their future.

Therefore, the commemoration of this historical event, which had the strength to bend the communist regime, serves as a moment of reflection, to face the past that risks repeating itself, especially in the face of the wound of the departure of hundreds of thousands of our fellow citizens, who already they are not running away from the Enver dictatorship, but from the dictatorship of corruption, which under the government of Edi Rama has reached the proportions of a national danger", writes Basha./ AE-CNA.al
