The deputy of the Democratic Party, Jorida Tabaku, has criticized the draft Fiscal Amnesty, which the government has proposed to amnesty up to 2 million euros of income, the source of which is not justifiable.

Through a post on Facebook, Tabaku writes that the country needs strong investments, ideas and innovations.

She further points out that even the criticism coming from the European Commission in relation to the draft underlines the connection with the dirty money that the government claims to inject into the economy.

“Qeveria po pretendon se drafti i Amnistisë Fiskale është një projektligj në shërbim të emigratëve dhe shqiptarëve. Pretendimi i anëtarëve të qeverisë është se me këtë draft nuk fitojnë amnisti të korruptuarit por emigrantët.

Sa të besueshëm janë ato?

Pak, për të mos thënë aspak. Fatkeqësisht emigrantët po përdoren si fasadë për të mbuluar qëllimin e vërtetë të qeverisë, legalizimin e parave të fituara pandershmërisht jo nga emigrantët por nga personat që kanë shkelur ligjet.

Pabarazi të tilla kanë shndërruar Shqipërinë në parajsën e pandershmërisë ndërsa e kanë shkretuar atë nga talenti dhe aftësia për të gjeneruar ide të reja në shërbim të kapitalit dhe ekonomisë.

Shqetësimi im është se shqiptari që punon për të prodhuar ide dhe risi teknologjike taksohet deri në 23% ndërsa ata që punojnë pandershmërisht taksohen 7% dhe amnistohen.

The concern of the EU is even more correct, as long as Albania is in danger of returning not only to the paradise of Albanian convicts, but also to the paradise of foreigners seeking fiscal and criminal amnesty.

The reaction to the European Commission only reinforces the fears that this draft law will not amnesty the labor of immigrants but dishonesty.

We need ideas, innovation and economic development as it will generate capital and money. Albania needs strong investments and not laws that promote dishonesty and inequality", writes Tabaku./ CNA.al
