The police operation coded "Gimaj" is being finalized by the Shkodër Police Station, within which a case of the cultivation of narcotic plants was identified and dealt with.

The Blues inform that during checks from the ground and from the air, also using drones, they have identified suspicious plants in the place called "Pylli i Staneve te Gakut", in the village of Gimaj, in an open environment, on wooded terrain narcotic cannabis sativa.

Raportohet se në afërsi të këtij ambientit u bë e mundur kapja  dhe arrestimi në flagrancë i shtetasve me iniciale E.D., 25 vjeç, banues në fshatin Grudë e Re, Shkodër dhe M.N., 23 vjeç, banues në lagjen “3 Heronjtë” të Shkodrës.

Si rezultat i kontrollit të imtësishëm të territorit nga ana e shërbimeve të Policisë, u bë e mundur edhe gjetja dhe sekuestrimi në cilësinë e provës materiale i një arme zjarri automatik dhe municioni luftarak, në një ambient në afërsi të sipërfaqes së mbjellë me bimë narkotike.

Vijon puna për dokumentimin e plotë të kësaj veprimtarie kriminale, si dhe identifikimin e kapjen e personave të tjerë të përfshirë në të.
