"The murder in Prizren happened over a bill"/ The chief prosecutor of

The chief prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution of Prizren, Admir Shala, spoke to the Express newspaper about the murder that happened this morning on the outskirts of Prizren, where a 31-year-old man originally from Kukësi was killed and a 27-year-old man was injured.

Chief Prosecutor Shala said that the conflict started at the "Kobra City" bar regarding the payment of the bill for some services that the two young men had requested.

Regarding the case, the chief prosecutor has confirmed that 6 people have been detained for 48 hours, along with the owner of the bar, Dibran Hoxhaj, otherwise known as "Cobra".

Shala tha gjithashtu se Dibran Hoxhaj është i dyshuar për veprën penale “vrasje e rëndë”, ndërsa të ndaluarit e tjerë për “pjesëmarrje në rrahje”.

Gazeta Express raporton se motivi i sherrit dhe i vrasjes ka qenë një faturë me vlerë 400 euro.

“Sot në orën 04:10, policia ka marrë informatë se ka pasur të shtëna në afersi të lokalit “Kobra City”, në dalje të Prizrenit rruga Prizren- Kukës. Dyshohet se ngjarja tragjike ka ndodhur pas një konflikti në lokalin “Kobra City” me disa shtetas të Shqipërisë, lidhur me pagesën e faturës së shërbimeve”, tha për Gazetën Express kryeprokurori Admir Shala.

“Në momentin që shtetasit V.C., R.Sh dhe A.B, po largoheshin me automjetin e tyre te markes Audi, dyshohet se shtetasi D. H, ka qëlluar me armë zjarri në drejtim të automjetit të tyre”, shtoi ai.

Shala thekson se 27-vjeçari i plagosur është jashtë rrezikut për jetë.

“Si pasojë e të shtënave me armë zjarri 31-vjeçari me inicialet V. C., dhe R. Sh., 27 vjeç, të dy nga Kukësi janë plagosur, ku si pasoj e plagëve shtetasi V.C. ka vdekur, ndërsa shtetasi R.SH. ka pësuar lëndime trupore dhe është jashtë rrezikut për jetë”.

Kryeprokurori tha se autoritetet e Kosovës dhe ato të Shqipërisë janë duke bashkëpunuar për zbardhjen e plotë të ngjarjes.

After the raid, the bar "Kobra City" in Prizren was also closed, while three bullet casings were found at the scene.

Gazeta Express reported that checks were also carried out at the house of suspected author Dibran Hoxhaj. /CNA.al
