A serious accident occurred at noon today on the outskirts of the city of Berat, in the "Çelepias" neighborhood.

A minor who was driving a vehicle with German license plates hit a woman on the white lines who was crossing the road and threw her a few meters away.

After hitting the woman, the minor who was driving a "Volvo" type vehicle with German license plates crashed into a "Volsvagen Passat" type vehicle from behind.

The woman was transported to the Berat Regional Hospital, in serious condition, while numerous police forces went to the scene to inspect the scene.

Police sources at the scene confirm that the minor Buran Osoja was speeding when he hit the woman on the white lines. The same sources confirm that Osoja had secretly taken the car keys from his uncle who had returned from Germany, to take a walk in the city. /ET-CNA.al
