It is clarified and documented with legal evidence, the theft at gunpoint, an event that happened on the evening of 06.01.2023, in neighborhood no. 15, Durres.

The services of the Durrës Police Station, immediately after the notification received on the evening of 06.01.2023, for a case of theft that occurred in a business (grocery store), in neighborhood no. 15, Durrës, organized the work to unravel the incident, to identify, locate and capture the perpetrators of this theft.

Bazuar në provat e siguruara falë reagimit të menjëhershëm dhe veprimeve të shpejta hetimore të kryera nga strukturat e Komisariatit të Policisë Durrës, në kuadër në kuadër të operacionit policor “Step by step”, u bë identifikimi dhe arrestimi i shtetasve:

-O. M., 34 vjeç, banues në lagjen nr. 16, Durrës, i dënuar më parë për veprimtari kriminale në fushën e narkotikëve;

-E. Sh., 35 vjeç, banues në lagjen nr. 13 Durrës, i dënuar më parë për vjedhje.

Nga hetimi i ndjekur me metoda speciale, si dhe nga këqyrja e imtësishme e pamjeve nga kamerat e sigurisë, ka rezultuar se këta dy shtetas, në bashkëpunim me njëri-tjetrin, nën kërcënimin e armës së zjarrit kallashnikov që mbahej nga shtetasi E. Sh., kanë marrë rreth 15.000 lekë të rinj (xhiro ditore), mbrëmjen e datës 06.01.2023, në dyqanin e shtetases M. D., në lagjen nr. 15, Durrës.

As material evidence, the vehicle and clothes used by these citizens during the theft, as well as 3 mobile devices, were seized.

As a result of the investigative actions, it became possible to clarify and document the authorship of two previous thefts, committed by these two citizens, specifically:

- On 19.11.2022, in Arapaj, Durrës, these citizens allegedly stole a sum of money from the store of citizen ES;

- On 27.12.2022, in neighborhood no. 6, in Durrës, it is suspected that valuables were stolen from the residence of a BH citizen / CNA.al
