Rozeta Dobi and her son Javier Dobi appeared in court today after being arrested for stealing a large amount of money and jewelry from the apartment of former official Alda Klosi, where she worked as a cleaner.
The lawyer of the mother and son spoke about this event this evening, who said that the charge against his two clients was not filed for robbery, but for theft.
In an interview with journalist Bruna Çifligu, the lawyer said that only her son was an accomplice of the cleaner and so far there are no doubts about other accomplices.
"There is no charge for robbery, but for theft. Up to this stage, the most reasonable suspicion found by the court is about the cooperation of mother and son for the theft of this property. To date we do not have the definition that ascertains the space in time and space.
