Black market trafficking/ Expert reveals how weapons are purchased on the

Security expert Dritan Goxhaj, invited to the "Now" show with Erla Mëhilli, spoke about arms trafficking in the country.

Goxhaj discovered that there is a website where you can order weapons or fake passports. A website where payments are made in crypto, which makes it almost untraceable.

The expert said that in the last year in Montenegro and Bosnia there have been special weapons that are not even found in Europe.

As for Albania, Goxhaj said that it is not controlled by structured criminal groups, but rather by gangs.

" Darkweb works like Amazon, you go there, there are several sites where you can order everything from weapons to passports. Documents come by mail, payments are made in crypto, which is almost untraceable. As for the special weapons that are rare in Europe, but in the last year there have been special weapons in Montenegro and Bosnia that have not even been seen in Europe, they came from Ukraine, they are American.

 

"Albania is not controlled by structured criminal groups, they are simply gangs and people with a pronounced lack of intellect and education, just look at the wiretaps released by the police, they have a hierarchy, but no structure ," said Goxhaj.
