Tentoi të hyjë në Shqipëri me dokumenta false/ Arrestohet 32-vjeçari

Një 32-vjeçar i identifikuar me inicialet A.F, është arrestuar për shkak se ka tentuar të futet në territorin shqiptar me dokumenta false.

Gjithashtu motra e tij, e identifikuar me inicialet L.F 36-vjeçe, është proceduar në gjendje të lirë. 

Njoftimi:

U arrestua në flagrancë shtetasi A. F., 32 vjeç, banues në Tiranë, si dhe u referuan materialet në Prokurori dhe nisi procedimi në gjëndje të lirë për shtetasen L. F., 36 vjeçe, banuese në Shkodër (motra e shtetasit A. F.), për veprat penale “Falsifikimi i dokumenteave" dhe "Falsifikimi letërnjoftimeve, i pasaportave ose i vizave".

Gjatë kontrolleve nga shërbimet e Policisë Kufitare, duke përdorur pajisje dedektuese të teknologjisë bashkëkohore, u konstatua se këta shtetas tentonin të hynin në territorin e RSH-së, me dokumente false.

Në vijim të veprimeve për këtë rast, u referuan materialet në Prokurori dhe nisi procedimi në gjëndje të lirë edhe për shtetasin T. Gj., 25 vjeç, banues në Sukth, Durrës, pasi dyshohet se ka ndihmuar shtetasit A. F. dhe L. F., për të kaluar kufirin në mënyrë të kundërligjshme./CNA.al
