Accused of concealing wealth/ GJKKO demands an investigation for former senior

The Special Court has asked SPAK to conduct further investigations regarding the file of former judges of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court.

According to what is reported in the media, former judges have been accused of Concealment of wealth. For this issue, SPAK had previously requested leave, but GJKKO has brought it back for investigation.

A few days ago, the Special Prosecutor's Office requested the dismissal of the case for the 7 former judges: 

1. Xhezair Zaganjori, former head of the Supreme Court;

2. Tom Ndreca, former judge at the Supreme Court;

3. Gani Dizdari, former judge at the Constitutional Court;

4. Edmond Islamaj, former judge in the Supreme Court;

5. Guxim Zenelaj, former judge at the Supreme Court;

6. Besnik Imeraj, former judge at the Constitutional Court;

7. Aleksandër Muskaj, former judge in the Supreme Court

We recall here that the former judges who resigned and were dismissed from the vetting were criminally charged by lawyer Fran Dashi for fiscal evasion and concealment of assets.
