Criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço has spoken about the recent murders that shocked the country and the perpetrator has not yet been found.

Invited to the "Breaking" show, Karamuço said that these are complex investigations that require great commitment.

Karamuço says that the criminal police has an overload and that a major reform in the criminal police is expected to be undertaken.

Among other things, he underlines that the biggest challenge is that we have incidents without perpetrators and that the perpetrators of the incident are known but cannot be acted upon.

" These are complex investigations. They require a lot of commitment. We have the criminal police in overdrive. There are 98 criminal offenses per day. A major reform of the criminal police is being undertaken. A big challenge is that we have events without perpetrators and that the perpetrator is known but cannot be acted upon", said Karamuço./ CNA.al
