They housed illegal immigrants and cultivated drugs/ Two people were arrested

Services of Police Station No. 6, following the work to combat illegality in any of its forms, based on the information provided by the information intelligence, for some citizens who would transport immigrants, against payment, in order for them to cross the border, illegally , have successfully organized and finalized the coded police operation "Tempism 23". 

As a result, the following citizens were arrested in flagrante delicto:

- EP, 35 years old, living in Peze Helmes, BH, 34 years old, living in Skopje, and AR, 31 years old, living in Tirana.

Also, citizens A. Gj., 41 years old and E. Gj., 25 years old, were declared wanted.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens, in cooperation with each other, carried out the criminal activity of providing assistance to immigrants, for illegal crossing of the border. They transported illegal immigrants from Saranda to Tirana, sheltered them for a few days in Peza Helmes and then transported them to the border with Montenegro, against payment, with the aim of crossing to EU countries.  

During the search in the apartment of the EP citizen, 9 illegal immigrants were found sheltered. 

Also, 114 cubes of cannabis seeds, ready to be cultivated, were found in the yard of this apartment.  

As material evidence, 2 vehicles were seized with which the arrested transported illegal immigrants, 2 mobile phones and 114 cubic meters./ CNA.al
