Shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Kukës, pas marrjes së njoftimit se në fshatin Zall Lusen, po ndodhte një konflikt në familjen e shtetasit E. P., menjëherë organizuan operacionin policor të koduar “Lusen”, për parandalimin e përshkallëzimit të mëtejshëm të dhunës.

Falë veprimeve të shpejta dhe profesionale, shërbimet e Policisë arrestuan në flagrancë shtetasin E. P., 56 vjeç, banues në fshatin Zall Lusen, për veprat penale “Dhuna në familje” dhe “Mbajtja pa leje dhe prodhimi i armëve, armëve shpërthyese dhe i municionit”.

Shtetasi E. P. ka ushtruar dhunë fizike dhe ka goditur me mjete të forta vajzën e tij 19 vjeçe, për motive të dobëta. Më pas, djali 17 vjeç ka ndërhyrë dhe e ka goditur me mjete të forta babanë e tij, për të parandaluar dhunën e mëtejshme ndaj motrës.
