A 57-year-old man ended up in the handcuffs of the Dibër police, after cutting with a chainsaw 6 wooden poles placed by OSHEE, to supply electricity to the residents of Borie-Lure village.

He has carried out this action because he claims that the poles have been placed on his land.


POLICE NOTICE:

The services of Dibër Police Station, after receiving the notification that a citizen had damaged (cut), several wooden poles placed by OSHEE employees, to supply the village of Borie-Lure with electricity, have organized the work to investigate the incident and identification of the author.

After the investigations, it turned out that the suspected perpetrator is a citizen of DK, 57 years old, a resident of the village of Borie-Lure, arrested in the act, who cut the poles with the claim that they were placed on his land.

Following the verification of the property where the pillars were placed, it turned out that it is state property of the Lure Administrative Unit, Dibër Municipality.
The procedural materials were handed over to the Dibër Prosecutor's Office for the criminal offenses of "Intentional destruction of property", "Self-judgment". /CNA.al
