A fight between two policemen has degenerated into a physical fight.

The event took place in Elbasan, where after fighting with each other, the two officers of the Road Service were suspended from duty by order of the General Director of Police.

In an interview for the journalist, Enes Memolla, the abused EH officer, has shown that there was a momentary debate, which was clarified afterwards.

He said that he did not expect such violence behind the arms from the 23-year-old officer.

"The incident happened last night after the work lunch we had with my colleagues at a bar in Elbasan, and while some stayed for coffee, I was the last to leave the bar.

Going to my car, there are some guys with hoods and masks. There may have been 3-4 people, and during the fight I realized that it was Redi Mato, my colleague, a police officer at the Elbasan Police Station, they had sticks.

Only last night when the incident happened, we had a fight, that day at the police we had a small argument, but that was clarified between us, and I had nothing personal.

Last night when the attack happened, I was accompanied by a friend of mine who was also hit.

Today, I want the justice to decide on the spot and for the person in question to appear before the law-enforcement bodies, the police knew that day, and no measures were taken against him", said the abused officer. /CNA.al
