The Specialists for the Investigation of Crimes against Person and Property in the Durrës Local Police Directorate, following in-depth investigative and operational actions, to clarify the event that occurred in the early hours of the morning of April 15, 2023, in Durrës, based on the evidence of provided, as well as in implementation of the decision of the Durrës Judicial District Court, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Platforma".

As a result of this operation, the wanted citizen Sh. K., 35 years old, resident in neighborhood no. 1, Durrës, after the Court of the Judicial District of Durrës has assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Murder in other qualifying circumstances", remaining in the attempt, carried out in collaboration and "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons , explosive weapons and ammunition",

From the investigations carried out within the "Platform" operation, it is suspected that in the early hours of the morning of 15.04.2023, in neighborhood no. 10, Durrës, due to a conflict on the TikTok social network, the citizens Sh. K. and KM tried to kill with firearms, citizens IV, AH and MV, who were traveling together in a vehicle. Citizens IV and AH were slightly injured by the shooting
