A person was injured with a knife/ A 33-year-old man was arrested in Elbasan

A 33-year-old man has been arrested in Elbasan after stabbing a person. The citizen BS has been placed in handcuffs.

The incident occurred yesterday in the "Vullnetari" neighborhood, where during a conflict over weak motives, he stabbed citizen SD, 52 years old.

The injured man is under medical care, out of danger to his life. Meanwhile, the 33-year-old is accused of the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury" and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons."

A 33-year-old man was arrested and handcuffed after stabbing a citizen during a conflict over weak motives.

The arrested person has a criminal record for theft.

Immediately after receiving the notification that in the “Vullnetari” neighborhood, a citizen had been injured with a cutting tool (knife), the services of the Elbasan Police Commissariat organized the work and went to the scene. As a result of rapid investigative and operational actions, it was possible to identify and capture the suspected perpetrator of the injury, the citizen:

-BS, 33 years old, resident of Elbasan.

Investigations suspect that this citizen, yesterday, in the "Vullnetari" neighborhood, during a conflict for weak motives, with citizen SD, 52 years old, he hit him with a cutting tool (knife).     

The 52-year-old is under medical care, out of danger. 

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Elbasan, for further action, for the criminal offenses of "Intentional serious injury" and "Unlicensed production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons." / CNA
