Specialistët e Trafikut Urban dhe Interurban të DVP Elbasan, në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Rrethit Gjyqësor Elbasan, si rezultat i një pune intensive hetimore dhe profesionale, bënë të mundur zbardhjen e aksidentit rrugor, me pasojë vdekjen, të ndodhur më datë 22.12.2022.

Si rezultat, nga shërbimet e Policisë u bë identifikimi, lokalizimi dhe ndalimi i drejtuesit të automjetit, shtetasit N. K., 33 vjeç, banues në Papër, Elbasan, për veprat penale "Shkelja e rregullave të qarkullimit rrugor” dhe "Largimi nga vendi i aksidentit".

From the investigative actions, it turned out that this citizen, on 22.12.2022, on the road axis Elbasan-Peqin, in the village of Papër, driving the "BMË X3" type vehicle, had an accident resulting in the death of the citizen D. Xh., 53 years old, resident of Vidhas village, Elbasan, who has been moving on foot. After the accident, the driver of the vehicle immediately left the scene.
