One victim and one injured/ Who is the assassin who attacked the young people from Kukësi with a gun?

A clash with firearms took place between some young people in Prizren.

The fight was initially reported to have happened inside a nightclub and then moved to the outside, where weapons were used, leaving behind one victim and one injured.

It is reported that 31-year-old Visart Cengu died on the way to Kukes hospital, while Rufgen Shehu remained injured.

They were in the car when they were allegedly shot by Dibran Hoxhaj, the owner of the "Kobra City" bar, where the fight started.

The driver of the vehicle, Arben Basha and Rufgen Shehu, testified to the Kuka police that Dibran Hoxhaj shot at them while they were leaving by vehicle.

Dibran Hoxhaj is not an unknown name for justice as he was previously convicted for drug trafficking and physical fight outside his bar in Prizren. /CNA.al
