Wanted for a gunshot wound/ 25-year-old man is arrested for the purpose of extradition in Kavaja

The coded police operation "Parma", developed by Fast Albania, in cooperation with the Kavajë Police Station, Interpol Tirana and Interpol Rome, is finalized.

As part of this operation, a citizen with the initials RD, 25 years old, resident in Kavaje, was captured in Kavaje and provisionally arrested, with the aim of extradition to Italy.

The 25-year-old was declared an international wanted man, after the Court of Parma assigned him the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Grievous wounding" and "Possession of firearms without permission", provided by the Criminal Code of Italy.

On 03.03.2022, in Salsomaggiore Terme, Parma, the RD citizen, in cooperation with another citizen, seriously wounded the Albanian citizen LV with a pistol firearm.

Interpol Tirana, in cooperation with Interpol Rome, continues the procedures for the extradition of the young man to Italy./ CNA.al
