Ndahet nga jeta profesori i njohur shqiptar/ Jetën ia kushtoi arsimit, u mësoi shumë brezave

Një lajm i trishtë vjen sot nga bota akademike, ku ka ndërruar jetë në moshën 81-vjeçare profesori i letërsisë angleze, Refik Kadija.

Ai ishte një nga arsimtarët më të dalluar, i cili u mësoi shumë brezave gjuhën e Shekspirit.

Kadija ka lindur në Shkodër të Shqipërisë në vitin 1941. Gjatë karrierës së tij pedagogjike, akademike dhe shkencore është marrë jo vetëm me mësimdhënie, por ka shkruar edhe libra, monografi, punime shkencore dhe profesionale, ka përkthyer disa vepra të letërsisë angleze, si dhe ka marrë pjesë në një mori kongresesh, simpoziumesh dhe konferencash shkencore jashë vendit.

Kadija ka qenë një ndër anglistët e parë dhe më të shquar në botën shqiptare dhe një ndër themeluesit e Departamentit të anglishtes në Universitetin e Tiranës./CNA.al
